MeinP3 app – Liebe leben – elderly care – Projekt3 gGmbH
MeinP3 – Liebe leben – Altenpflege is a platform and initiative focused on elderly care, quality of care and the quality of life of older people. The aim of MeinP3 is to improve elderly care – for the people receiving care as well as for carers and care facilities. It is about raising awareness of older people’s needs and finding ways to improve care and support in elderly care.
The name “Liebe leben” (“living love”) signals that the initiative wants to promote an appreciative, respectful approach towards older people and carers. The focus is on:
- Improving the quality of care: Ensuring that older people in care can live a dignified life.
- Supporting carers: Promoting training and recognition for the demanding work of carers.
- Encouraging dialogue: Building a network that fosters exchange between carers, relatives and institutions, so that joint solutions can be found to the challenges in elderly care.
MeinP3 could be one answer to the growing challenges in elderly care, such as the shortage of skilled workers and the rising number of older people who depend on care. The aim is to make care both more professional and more humane, and to improve the quality of life of the older generation.
